Solace & Sol Therapy is located at 316 W Lytle Street Suite 202,  Murfreesboro, TN 37130. Please note if you are a Colorado or Texas resident, sessions will strictly be telehealth.

In February of 2026, Kelsey will be recredentialing with UHC, BCBS, Aetna, Meritain, Optum, UMR, and Medben. Please make sure to check with your clinician on which insurances they accept. Interns are self-pay only, but do have sliding scale based on needs.

At this time, we do not accept Medicaid/Medicare.

Hours vary depending on the clinician. Typically, therapists will be available Monday-Thursday or Friday, 8 am-6pm.

Beginning in January 2026, pricing for sessions will be as follows:

Kelsey (LCSW):

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $155

Individual Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $140

Individual Therapy Sessions: 90 Minutes I $185

Couples Initial Intake: 90 Minutes | $200

Couples Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $160

Limited sliding scale spots available.

Elena (Master’s Level Intern):

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $80

Individual Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $60

Individual Therapy Sessions: 90 Minutes I $105

Couples Initial Intake: 90 Minutes | $130

Couples Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $115

At this time, the minimum age we see at Solace & Sol is 16.

Kelsey sees clients that are located in Tennessee, Texas, and Colorado. 
Elena sees only Tennessee residents at this time.
