Where are you located?

I have an office in Nolensville, TN, but I also provide in-person sessions in Memphis,TN once a month at the Planted Therapy Group office. The address for Planted Therapy Group is 4515 Poplar Avenue, Suite 224 Memphis, TN 38117. If you are located in Texas-please note all of our sessions will be held via telehealth.

What insurances do you accept?

Currently, I accept Aetna and Meritain. I will be accepting UHC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Optum by the Fall of 2025 (potentially sooner).

What hours do you hold sessions?

Depending on the day, my availability usually begins at 8 am. The last appointment starts at 5 pm. Weekdays only.

What is the cost of self-pay therapy sessions?

Beginning in June 2025, session pricing will be as follows:

Initial Individual Intake: 50 Minutes | $150

Individual Therapy Sessions: 50 MINUTES | $125

Couples Initial Intake: 90 Minutes | $200

Couples Therapy Sessions: 50 Minutes | $150

What is the minimum age for clients that you see?

At this time, I am accepting clients 14+.
